Oxalis Flowers

Small lilac flowers with silky petals and a pale green throat. The flower is naturally closed, its petals furled into a slender trumpet, which is how it arrives and how it sits on the plate. Their flavour is bright and lemony, close to sorrel, with a clean acidity that fades without any bitterness.
